Market on Close imbalances are published at 3:40 and again at 3:50 PM by the NYSE. What is the most cost effective method of gaining access to this data? Rediplus system includes this data. Dow Jones Broadtape includes some MOC info. and I believe Bloomberg does too. Any thoughts on a cost effective method to access this data would be appreciated?
