Last 5 days : UVXY -11.9%, TZA - 11.2% ; UCO ( long Oil ) is up 16.5%

 

Intraday today : UVXY -7.8%, TZA - 8.4%, UCO +3%

All just a continuation of the trend the last 5-6 days.

 

Yes.... I successfully daytraded UVXY big move up yesterday. I'm trying to bottomfish TZA UVXY today but am taking small stops grr. Made $ trading sprt today. Will aggressively trade upside eod pivots esp TZA today if they bounce.

Now's a great time to trade UVXY and other inverses imho, I'm both swing and daytrading them.

Mainly I'll be daytrading UVXY. Nice gap up today

It's very difficult. Lesson learned is it's good to trade the open range breakout spike and tighten t/s just before 10am reversal. Buy the dip sell the rip.... when it's gone up sharply don't chase.

After first big .70+ spike i don't reenter til it's dropped all the way back down near opening price. Best profitable days I've had are when I do multiple ladder of 5-6 open positions on the way up. I build positions quickly up to 700 shares total, sequence of 100-400 share trades, then aggressively tighten t/s while it runs up.
