Business owners deserve a larger share, but those in the ranks must be paid a living wage, or the system breaks down, just as we're seeing. Any company who has it's primary source of growing the bottom line through wage reduction and downsizing is a company that's failing to grow. That policy is now the norm across all sectors in Corporate America. Long term, that is a recipe for disaster.
