Lucent admitted to faking $200 million in REVENUE, but only have to phony up $25 million as a slap on the risk... But the real story is that they are NOT required to restate their books... how the f*ck is that Possible???? Any comment?
Corporate governance is out of control. Just look at CEOs salaries and bonuses. Waste of millions of dollars.
