I don't get it. If state pension funds are invested in stocks where's the incentive to regulate the very companies you depend on for growing your portfolio? If a state pension fund holds millions of shares of Lehman or whatever bank du jour and you let them file bk, what's the news pfftttt. it was only 1% of our portfoilio? OWS, you're protesting against your self interest. Perhaps we need a balance or the appearance of equitable rules between wall street and main street.
