I mean boredom often leads to alcoholism with men, that is scientifically proven, but this virus is deadly esp. for smokers and ppl with a weak immune system. Just by sheer will of survival one should throw away the smokes and lay off the booze for a while

The Virus doesnt care if he is the Prime Minister:

Probably the best published information we have so far is from the Intensive Care National Audit and Research Center (ICNARC) in the UK. Of 165 patients admitted to ICUs, 79 (48%) died. Of the 98 patients who received advanced respiratory support—defined as invasive ventilation, 66% died.

Is this a COVIT statistic or a general ICU statistic?

He gets the privilege of a machine like an ECMO if it's gets bad enough and then he'll pull through as long as the OTHER symptoms don't get worse. Us serfs don't get such a privilege.

Mrs has been talking about Ecmo for a few days, how she reckons it has been used in China to treat covid patients (she is Chinese) yet there is very little noise about it nowadays. It seems to be very expensive to use

That looks very bad but the stats only consider a few cases, there should be much more ICU patients by now, anyone has updated numbers ?

    Anyone can become Covid-19 positive.

Yet, Covid-19 can cause serious illness or death for any person that has the following or recently had the following:

    Obesity

    Heart Attack or Heart Disease

    Diabetes

    Asthma

    Bronchitis

    Cancer

    Hypertension

    Alzheimer / Dementia

    Kidney Problems

Any underlying medical problem that you may not be aware about

    * Ugly People (sarcasm)

I'm sure that would most likely imply Covid-19 could possibly wipe out most of the world. The sad part is that by the end of the year...they'll most likely add other ailments to the above list.
