Coronavirus 2020 and the fall of the CCP

  1. One point I’m trying to reconcile are the patients that show a viral load but don’t develop symptoms, apparently implying this virus is more widespread than we realize, if I am understanding the doctors correctly. I will listen to the audio again to confirm. It would be a hell of a thing if this virus became endemic in the human population where our annual flu seasons start featuring this virus and its mutations. Further, the idea that catching and surviving this virus may not give you long term immunity to it makes this situation scarier still. I would imagine we’ll know in a week or two how well this virus is controlled outside of China. In addition, there are several groups of isolated patients that will give us clear data on this virus.

In any event, those who have sufficient resources to prepare and isolate themselves may want to consider whether they should wait for cases to ramp up or not before taking action. Personally, if we get a breakout in the United States I will for the most part, let it take its course.

Ahhhhh.... this will fizzle out like they all do. If I'm wrong, then it won't matter anyway.
I think I'm right though. This too shall pass. Just like Trump.

China will be here in a big way 10 years from now. Pretty sure.

China due to their Orwellian nature is able to a degree to control/clamp down the hotspots, even so the virus is still spreading inside its borders. Rumors now that it has broken out in N Korea. HC is next if not already there.

Just a matter of time until it breaks out elsewhere, Europe, USA where controlling it will be difficult. Times ticking for an antiviral to combat it. It probably won’t spread as fast when we get to spring/summer, can they have counter measures in place by next cold and flu season.

Either case, global economics will be impacted by it.

What kind of natural virus has long term asymptomatic transmission?

  5. We don't even understand the nature of the beast yet, in regard to its ability to mutate. If it does not mutate extremely fast then they can work on a vaccine for it that might require period updating as with regular flu virus. On the other hand, the common cold is also a type of coronavirus and -despite forever attempts- we have not been able to develop a vaccine against it because it just mutates on and on as needed.

The corona virus might mutate to something even more dangerous and contagious. Or it might become even more contagious but mutate into something less severe so that it spreads and people around the world get immunity to it much like a regular flu.

There is a certain beauty and intelligence in nature that must be respected and admired. Ideally it does not kill you while being in awe though. Virus are clever little buggers though. Yet, they literally are not playing with a full deck and are borrowing most of their capacity from true cells.

WYNN is at $127.... on strong volume.
    The markets know....
This thing is gonna peter-out Wallet.
If it was for real, WYNN would be in the $90's or lower.
Trust me. Trust the markets and the powers that be. They know all.

  9. I’ve heard conflicting information on whether this virus is 85% or 99% similar genetically to SARS. If it is 99% similar, it suggests to me Novel Coronavirus mutated from SARS. (Facepalm).

I think the point was the patient in question was previously infected and although not completely immune, was still able to keep his virus infection in check. If this is what is actually going on, was it an earlier exposure and infection to SARS years ago or was it an infection, recovery, and reinfection with the Novel Coronavirus?

I agree with you. I don’t understand how this virus can be contained. However, it seems likely Summertime will be a major hinderance to this virus. I heard speculation, actually probably more like hope, that this virus will “Burn out” this Summer and not cause us any further problems.

    Hummmm, price tells all, eh?
    Time will tell.

Market rallies on every whisper, reality or not, gotta get that 30K. Don’t trust this market to make sense, just make money from it.
