With The President leading the charge.Biden uses the bully pulpit to lead the charge to give the police more money though.

    'leading the charge'

Ya, Republicans will suddenly fall in line if he led the charge.

You just want empty words, that's all. Cornel West is perfect for you.

Pack the courts, pass public option, pass police reform all with 50 votes in the Senate.

Something past President's couldn't' do with super majorities.

    Whatever.

  5. I would say 75% of those promises are shit a president cannot even deliver anyway....so...lot of it would require.Congress to pass a budget or law and Dems barely have control...

If the President has The Senate and House as Biden did his first 2 years he could have.

Every bill would need 60 Senate votes to pass a filibuster

Only 51 votes are needed to get rid of the filibuster.

Democrats need to elect 51 Senators who are willing to vote to remove the filibuster
Seems like that would be easier then trying to create new states

The Democrats did do this in 2013 when they voted to remove the filibuster for District Court nominations...and six years later they lost the Supreme Court for a generation

...Changing the rules is a dangerous game
