I'm not sure what you're saying here. I proposed they should've addressed it and potentially salvaged it like Trump made fake news his and dems made brandon theirs. Most coverage I ever saw was the GOP pushing their narrative or establishment dems htting progs w/it. If you're saying ignore it, which I believe they did, then don't expect to take a W on the back of George Floyd and BLM protests as if there's nothing to these voters' particular ask.

What do you mean by 'even if had', you need 60 votes in the Senate to start with, what's the point of supporting something unpopular when its not viable?

The fact is that Republicans have the majority because the Green Party gifted them these majorities and now the Green Party wants miracles to fix it.

I am talking of the time when Dems had the House Majority, now it doesn't matter.

I don't the exact history of how but the court didn't always have 9 judges.

I also don't think there has ever been a time when a party blatantly stole a seat and one party got the popular vote 7 out of 9 times but The SC was 67% for the other party.

Why did Democrats lost the House in 2022? Because of 'swing' districts in New York where Democrats who win by small margins lost to Republicans running on 'crime', that's where messaging like 'Defund the Police' doesn't work. It's the same for abortion, a Republican in deep red district campaigning on 'Total Abortion Ban' would play out badly in a swing district with a Republican avoiding the abortion topic.

You proposing to address the issue is just vague, how do you suppose them to address it when there are Democrats on video who keep on using the slogan?

Last time it was changed by Congress, it was in 1869 because there were 9 judicial circuits.

Republicans stole the seat because the Green Party funded by Russians enabled them.

The vote count is tallied within each States boundaries . That is how Senators are elected
The concentration of urban democratic voters just frustrates you

In 2016 Trump lost California by 4 million votes...But Trump won the popular vote if you total the 49 other states

Starts at 51 when you say 'court expansion', the moment you poll on 'court packing', you would be lucky to get 30.
