Or Dems can say its their top priority to make DC and the territories states and pack the court so the GOP will never have the SC again.

Saying they don't support expanding the court does little to motivate voting for them on that issue.

It was Obama who lost the Supreme court for a generation
He got to greedy and panicked. He asked harry Reid to remove filibuster only for district court judges in DC.
    An institution breaking move
Obama needed to protect his executive orders from the Supreme court
He opened that door.....One of the many mistakes from Obama

Dems can fight back by packing the court and making DC and the territories states adding 11-12 new democrat senators with The WH and simple majorities in congress. They'd rather keep playing these switcheroo games with The Senate and SC which makes millions like myself say fuck voting for them until they are ready to fight as hard and as ruthless as The GOP.

Every time you bring up Obama as some sort of prog standard bearer, it diminishes your argument. What, he's going to get a pass for being a moderate because he's black and gets prog. brownie points for inclusivity?

Republicans have zero interest in institutions and their sanctity

McConnell “completely changed the nature of congressional warfare against Obama and Democratic judicial nominees,” Norman Ornstein, a political scientist at the conservative think tank American Enterprise Institute, told FRONTLINE in 2019.

According to the Congressional Research Service, only 28.6 percent of Obama’s judicial nominees were confirmed during the last two years of his presidency, the lowest percentage of confirmations from 1977 to 2018, the years the report covered.
