You act as though thats good thing. Many of those arrest come from violating peoples constitutional rights such as in that video when they searched the mans pockets without permission or a warrant.

A number of police and Republicans and Conservatives do! Never made sense to me that you will take the abuse and pay for the privilege of buying overpriced and overrated coffee? There is another extreme liberal business owner that mocked his customers who happen to be Republicans. I cannot recall the name of the business right now. He was laughing at them because each time they bought from his business, they made him even richer! Now, if all of Trump voters will only use their huge economic power, these businesses will fail as they should!

  4. If you know anything about coffee, you know that Starbucks overroasts their cheap coffee to hide the taste. That's why the beans are dark and oily. It looks good to the uninitiated, but the roast is far too dark. To me, it tastes like runoff from charcoal ashes. It is passable in milk drinks, ie lattees, because the milk hides the taste.

Starbucks is the equivalent of McDonalds selling burger patties for $40 and calling them filet mignon.

  5. Another odd thing about this story is why exactly a customer would feel "unsafe" because there were several cops in the store. It seems counter-intuitive.

  9. But in this situation were these policemen doing anything threatening or abusing anyone's rights.

You realize the argument you are making is the same one people use to kick out black teenagers with gold chains and hoodies and tattoos because an old white woman did not feel safe saying "do you realize how many gangbangers looking like that kill people?"

If a customer says I dont feel safe with those policemen here then I tell them they came to buy coffee like everyone else and unless they are doing something wrong or illegal they can stay and you can get the fuck out.

Same thing I would tell white Nancy who tells me she does not feel safe with the black teenagers sitting in the corner drinking their tea
