Cops Gone Wild

  1. Exactly.

Here's a good example of when they can backfire against tard-strength.

The officers had this tard in custody at least , that is until one of them pisses him off with his taser...

The officers were lucky, I think, that they didn't sustain any injuries from the tard.

  7. "The officers REPEATEDLY told him to drop the weapon"

Case closed Luke. Can't wait for someone with an assault rifle to start shooting at you. If people would just follow instructions, these situations would never happen.

FBI To Investigate Shooting of Calif. 13 Year Old

A timeline released Thursday by the Santa Rosa police shows that only 10 seconds passed from the moment that the sheriff's deputy and his partner called dispatch to report a suspicious person to the moment they called back to say shots had been fired.

  9. Cops are something else... I learned that early on. Mob guys used to own a bowling alley and a gym in this small town in southern California where I lived. My little brother stole the bag of coins out of the vending machine serviceman's truck in the parking lot of the bowling alley. So I guess word got around... so the Mob guys sent a cop to our house to inform us that we probably should not do that... he said next time we'd get pinched and he had some strong hands, I can testify to that, he pinched my skin really good so I'd remember what he was saying... It wasn't like I was going to complain to anybody about "police brutality" considering I'd have to explain the bowling alley thing...

Cops didn't really shoot people in those days, I don't recall being afraid of cops back in those days, they had jobs and if it involved arresting somebody they did their jobs. Everybody seemed to understand that. Now, Democrats continually fan the flames of anti-white racism in the ghettos, everybody is lawyered up to the max and looking for somebody to sue, police departments are easy targets so it's gotta be nerve wracking to be a cop what with everybody ready to make a situation where they can get on the tv cameras and start a big lawsuit... I'm waiting for the big collapse in the US where there isn't food in the ghettos and they are all going batshit.. wonder where those cameras will be at that point in time?

Obviously I wasn't there. So we only have the LEO's word on whether they actually told him to put down the rifle.

    My main problems with this:

    * Unless maybe the kid was 5'11" and 180 lbs, a 13 year old kid looks like a 13 year old kid. Why would armed cops probably wearing vests need to be in such a hurry to shoot a 13 year old kid, regardless of what they thought he was carrying?

    * Simply carrying a rifle, even a real AK47 that's illegal in that locale, is not in and of itself a deadly threat. A threat justifying the use of deadly force. Unless the kid actually pointed the pellet rifle at them as if intending to shoot. They had no cause to open fire. If LEO's aren't willing to accept at least some risk of harm to protect the public. In this case a 13 yo kid. They're in the wrong profession.

Can you imagine if someone like me with a CCW permit had shot this kid instead?
The media would be screaming for my crucifixion and a ban on CCW permits to boot. What ya wanna bet these cops get a free pass? Like they almost always do.
