yes... hey a lot of people know about that one, even from other countries.

 

I make my own, it started as a hobby, now like everything else I get into, it is an obsession, always running that fine line between art and science

 

Burgers? Yeah, I use grass-fed beef from Cali and Nevada. The only time I do corn-fed is eating out. I usually grill but will fry in a pan with 1/3 coconut and 2/3 peanut oils.

 

Now I need a good burger at some point today. I would grill but it just started raining like a bastard.

Maybe i'll try the atticus pan-fry technique.
