The liberal journalists at MSNBC have been quite enamored with Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis, constantly promoting her Democratic campaign. Yet, a new poll showing her trailing by 14 points has gone unmentioned on the network. Even more interesting, Republican candidate Greg Abbott is beating Davis even among women, 49-41. The Public Policy Polling survey was released on Tuesday. Also, it should be pointed out, PPP is a Democratic polling firm....

Fresh from his recent threat to shoot a National Rifle Association board member, radical leftist radio talker Mike Malloy has staked another claim deep in the murky terrain of moonbat territory by asking whether quintessential gonzo journalist Hunter Thompson was murdered.

Thompson, notorious for his unhinged behavior and prodigious consumption of illicit drugs and alcohol, shot himself to death at his home near Aspen, Colo., in February 2005. In the near-decade since Thompson's demise, I can't recall a single person at any point along the political spectrum -- even on the fringes -- who has expressed doubt that Thompson committed suicide.

Billionaire former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s bizarre revelation that he thinks he already earned a spot in Heaven with his campaigns to destroy the Second Amendment proves just how arrogant and delusional he has become with his riches.

The anti-gun former New York mayor is launching a new $50 million gun control campaign using a slickly-produced video to push viewers’ emotional hot buttons, boasting that he will target politicians who oppose his anti-gun demagoguery.

Bloomberg, quoted by the New York Times discussing his latest gun control effort, dubbed “Everytown for Gun Safety,” said, “I am telling you if there is a God, when I get to heaven I’m not stopping to be interviewed. I am heading straight in. I have earned my place in heaven. It’s not even close.”

Those who push to separate Americans from their Second Amendment rights too-often appear to view facts as irrelevant. Shannon Watts who heads Moms Demand Action, an anti-gun rights organization, recently paired with anti-gun crusader Michael Bloomberg to help create Everytown for Gun Safety, an anti-gun rights group.

Watts has been outspoken against those who work to protect our Second Amendment rights, including conservative commentator Dana Loesch, whom Watts has accused of being a paid propagandist for the gun lobby and Magpul, a leading firearm accessories company.

Last July, Loesch spoke at a pro-Second Amendment rally in Colorado and posed next to a helicopter adorned with a Magpul logo; however, Loesch has denied any involvement with the company and has noted that she did not charge a speaking fee.

In Indianapolis, Indiana, Loesch approached an anti-gun rights rally held in the same city as the 2014 NRA Convention. Finding Watts, Loesch repeatedly asked if she would like to retract her claim against Loesch, but Watts repeatedly ducked and dodged as the cameraman could be heard accusing the security of becoming physical.

Loesch also asked if Watts represented the interests of all mothers, or if she was only interested in representing mothers for gun control. Watts refused to answer, but ultimately offered, “I’m not interested in having a conversation with you, because you’ve been so insulting online.”

Watts was soon whisked away in vehicles, surrounded by, ironically enough, armed security personnel.

Erika Soto Lamb, Everytown for Safety’s Communications Director, later confirmed that the security personnel were armed.

It seems that even those who abhor the idea of an armed citizenry understand the undeniable truth: the best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.
