NPR Oddly Asks: 'Which Place Is More Sexist, The Middle East Or Latin America?'

In the never-ending search to find things to be offended by, part of the feminist left has determined that “bossy,” when applied to girls and women, is inappropriate. Really. There’s a whole campaign with big-name celebrities and liberal partners like Upworthy, Teach for America, La Raza, The Girl Scouts and the AARP. Beyoncé, Condoleezza Rice, Jennifer Garner and Jane Lynch have all signed on.

Apparently, when some girls are called “bossy,” they tend to behave less, well, bossy. That outcome is clearly detrimental to girls’ self esteem and willingness to take leadership roles. To which sensitive, informed Americans can only respond, “Huh?”

Michelle Obama’s highly touted “Let’s Move” campaign might not have its first victory after all. Despite healthy living advocates touting a decline in obesity among preschoolers, that CDC claim of a 43 percent decline in a decade might not be at all true.

In fact, the data is so vague that the obesity rate may actually have increased, according to Reuters....

I have noticed an intelligent pattern in Lucrum's posting activity.
he frequently posts new items to appropriate threads instead of creating a new threads for every item. In a sense he a true conservative avoiding waste wherever he can.

I know consider following his pattern before starting new threads.

Seriously. He's posting to one thread, how is that "spamming the board"? It's not like he's doing it pspr or exGoP style, where there are 6 threads that appear within the span of 10 minutes.
