What is it about abortions that really excite people in Hollywood?

Take Sarah Silverman and Zach Galifianakis who are headlining a benefit program Sunday called "A Night of a Thousand Vaginas," the proceeds of which are going to various Texas abortion funds.

I can only imagine the some of the zeal behind being pro taking of human life comes from a hidden eugenics agenda... at least for many. Like some of the founders of the movement had.

MSNBC's Touré Neblett, who recently condoned consumers lying to corporations like Amazon to get discounts to which they aren't entitled, really needs to stay away from Twitter — or have someone screen his tweets.

On Tuesday, he tweeted (HT Twitchy) that "Many in poverty are working poor w two jobs. So 'jobs' is an ineffective anti poverty program." Note that he didn't indicate that "jobs" might not be the whole answer, which in some instances may be the case. He instead asserted that the idea of creating jobs and encouraging poor people to get them is "ineffective" as a way to get them out of poverty.

AS IT TURNED OUT, THE TIN FOIL HAT WEARERS WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:

    1. The Birth Certificate on the White House website was a fraudulent fabrication

    2. Man Made Global Warming - is a scientific farce

    3. NSA Spying (actually - Government spying in many forms and through several agencies)

    4. IRS targeting of conservative groups

    5. Benghazi was not caused by an anti-Muslim video

    6. Fast and Furious gun running

    7. Obama would actively work to destroy the Constitution and our rights

    8. Obama would actively work to destroy traditional marriage

    9. Obama would actively work to destroy our 2nd Amendment rights

    10. The Obama administration and their pundits would continually play the "race card" with anyone who disagreed with them.

  7. what ever happened to piezoe?

    he was right

there are a lot of conservatives that just have a "mindset"

and that leads to "conspiracy theories"

But to be honest with you

    I kind of like it

If you step back and take a look, a lot of us are being controlled. Sometimes it's nothing more than keeping you pissed off. Don't really matter what side you are on. "The rich are eating up all our resources." or "The poor are draining us dry."

    I suppose there's a conservative mind set
    And a liberal mindset

Anything, just to stop the pain

Good post. Our worldviews are defense against the all-powerful and mindless forces of the universe which will inevitably destroy us one way or another. Yet the variety of worldviews undermines the felt efficacy of our own worldview: is ours the best? Why am I little better off, or even worse off, than the guy with a different worldview? Why do worldviews, once thought of as "the last word", go extinct? Etc. Way too much fluidity, too much relativity, for some temperaments.

  9. sometimes, thinking that you are important enough that somebody wants to control you is just enough to give your life meaning
