It is evident to anyone who keeps up with current affairs, regardless of political persuasion or ideology that the Republicans in Congress have been fixated on Obamacare from its inception and the topic seems to have occupied their every waking moment. :D

And yes, it is very reminiscent of the South's fixation and resistance to Brown v. Board of Education.

The only thing that seems to have occupied an even more prominent position in their shrunken frontal lobes is their unwavering commitment to ridding the White House of the Kenyan, Muslim vermin. :D

They, the Republicans, are on the fast track to becoming America's electorate laughing stock.

Obamacare is a stupid ill conceived unworkable poorly implemented law that makes matters even worse than before. I don't see how being objective and honest enough to recognize this indicates "shrunken frontal lobes".

Now failure and or refusal to call a spade a spade OTOH...

What! you're giving them credit for having read the thousand page bill! If so you are giving them way to much credit.

There was no way they could have known it is stupid and ill conceived if they hadn't read the bill. (Can most Republicans read?) :D They were fixated on it before it was even drafted in final form! Their concern wasn't that it was a bad bill, but just the opposite. They were afraid it might succeed and then they would be stuck with more Democrat vermin in the White House. They wanted to kill it before it went fully into effect, and tried endlessly. They didn't want to take a chance on it actually working. They are far too stupid to know whether it is good or bad.

You know my view already: If it is horrible enough we might eventually have no choice but to adopt something that works. Otherwise we just muddle along until we are all bankrupt, except for the medical sector of course. :D

  5. Your beloved president is not only incompetent but an unrepetant liar. His signature accomplishment is a disaster. His foreign policy is a series of catastrophies. He is the most divisive president in modern history, is bitterly partisan and plays the race card at every opportunity.

So the rational reaction is to insult conservatives.

I don't know about you, but I think he is turning out, on balance, rather bad. The light of time is needed to know for sure.

I have a higher standard than you when it comes to the intellect I expect in my senators and representatives, that's all.

Their insults are a necessary ingredient to the process. When they tell bald face lies on every issue before the country, they must cow the weak into submission with insults to prevent the lies from being dealt with justly.

Just take piezo for instance. He told us that aca was better than we had before. Premiums have gone up and millions have lost their insurance. It is worse than what we had before by any conceivable measure. Iow, piezo lied about it. So now, he needs to proceed to step two and throw around insults rather than sit quietly and listen to everyone call him and the rest of his comrades the liars that they are.

Unfortunately for them, ET is not the huffington post or the daily kos or the well of the US senate. We don't shut up just because loudmouth liars don't like the truth.

  8. You nor any of your friends here do not know of ACA is worse or better than the previous standard health care. And millions losing their healthcare isn't totally true isn't it more accurate millions will be changing policies but still be insured also there will be those who were not insured before who will now have health insurance. ACA. Is here and with time we will find out how it works and what needs to be done to improve upon it but is here.

Wow...the lengths the leftists will go to rewrite history.

This bill sucked from day one.... everyone knew it should not become law... they even had to bribe leftist democrats to get them on board.

instead of single payer they tore up the constitution.
even brain dead establishment senators and raving leftists like this guy knew it.

This guy said he would go to jail before he complied.
As I just watched this again... I have to say... he said it exceptionally well.
