One of the natural consequences of the Left’s obsession with abusing the race card, attempting to silence any opposition or disagreement with their communist, totalitarian ideas, is that eventually the terms “racist” or “racism” become marginalized and meaningless. Nothing is racist and everything becomes racist, while real racism, like Democrat leader Harry Reid’s assertion that Obama was electable because he didn’t have a “negro dialect,” goes untouched.

A perfect example of this is a video produced by Mark Dice, showing Obama supporters agreeing that if Republican John Boehner doesn’t like Mexican food, he must be racist and should be removed from office....

PC Police at MSNBC Depict Hispanics as Drunkards

MSNBC has designated itself as the judge and jury when it comes to accusations of racism. Their hosts, especially Al Sharpton, make the “Republicans are racist” charge on a near daily basis.

In classic ‘do as I say, not as I do’ fashion, the sign off of Thomas Robert’s Way Too Early show included a stereotypically racist depicture of Hispanics as their ‘tribute’ to “Mexican heritage’ on Cinco de Mayo.

Democrat Harry Reid: Bring Back the Pork

Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid continues his relentless thirst for political power. Reid said on Tuesday that he’s in favor of returning to the pork-laden earmark spending that has pushed the country’s debt to unprecedented and unsustainable levels. Reid wants to return to the days of massive earmarks, also known as “pork barrel spending.”

“I have been a fan of earmarks since I got here the first day,” Reid told reporters, longing for the return of the vote-buying scheme...

Children as young as five years-old may be designated as criminals if this California city has its way.

The City Council of Carson, California, a city of 93,000 people in Los Angeles County, will vote May 20th on a new law that would criminalize anyone from kindergarten to age 25 who terrorize, harass or threaten others with no legitimate purpose.

Carson Councilman Mike Gipson, a co-sponsor of the law, said he hopes the law will lead to Carson becoming a city completely free of bullying.

Carson voted 5-0 on Tuesday to advance the ordinance.

Gipson said: “We are going to protect not only the kid that is bothered in school, but when you leave school and go home, we’re going to protect you as a city.”

Brendan Hamme, a staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California, told Reuters that the ordinance is too vague and does not indicate out how much jail time an offender could potentially face.

Ross Ellis, founder of Stomp Out Bullying, a leading national anti-bullying group, told the news agency that the measure appears to go too far....

  10. Oklahoma GOP-led House approves fee on sun & wind

The Oklahoma House of Representatives has voted 83-5 with no debate to pass a bill which charges utility customers who provide their own solar or wind-generated energy and distribute some of that energy back to the power grid. Unsurprisingly, the utility companies strongly supported the bill, saying that it ‘neither unfairly advantages or disadvantages a class of customers.’

The Oklahoma House is composed of 72 Republicans and just 29 Democrats, giving the GOP greater than two-thirds control of the body. The party of ‘conservatism,’ ‘small government’ and ‘lower taxes’ could essentially do what it wants in the Oklahoma House – and it chose to impose a fee on people throughout the State who are making clean energy.

The party responded to the demands of corporate interests rather than those of its voters. This is actually not uncommon for the Republican Party.
