I digress but this talk about the deficit got me thinking US population around 300 million. Iraq war costs around 3 trillion. Some estimates are much higher when considering vet care and such. Umm let's see...that's 10 grand for every man woman and child and so worth it. Can't wait to do Iran.
They will say that because it's human nature to look at the numbers, point your finger and say look, my number is a whole lot bigger than yours. I'm not saying it's right, it just is. Same as blue collar saying their belts are tight enough. Well, maybe for some, but if you've got 2 new cars in the garage, a TV in every room, cell phones and computers for every person in the house, etc., etc., it's a bit of a stretch to call that sacrificing. Everybody gotta' step up and take the hit. Who's going first?
The answer is simple. Why is govt so damn big its what 25% of GDP which makes it what 40 percent as big as the private sector? cut spending.
