Configure TWS market depth trader colors?

I came across the following screenshot of TWS on Twitter, and was wondering if anyone here knows which version of TWS allows changing the color scheme of the Market Depth Trader windows. I've tried TWS 763.3, 969.2 and 970.0, and the Market Depth window consists of bright yellow font against a blue/purple/green background and is not configurable as far as I can tell.

 

I would be surprised if they were *not* configurable.

Any help?

New Window -> More Advanced Tools -> Market Depth Trader (Level II)

does any of that change the color scheme for the l2?

 

No, unfortunately. Those settings only apply to the quote panel, not the Level 2 window itself.
