    Hi,

Does anyone know whether any broker (I'm using OptionsHouse currently, but could switch if other brokers have this ability) to set conditional orders which would be only filled after specific time?

    e.g. BTO 3 contracts of TSLA Oct16 200 Call when TSLA >= 202 AND It's after 11am on 9/15?

The "It's after 11am on 9/15" part is what I'm asking about...

Does any broker offer this capability out of the box?
If not, what automation tool could I use to achieve it?

    Thanks!

Trade Station, Interactive Brokers, and TD Ameritrades (Think or Swim) have this. These are the ones I am familiar with, there are probably other brokers that will do this order type besides those I mentioned.

    kufu,

We can do conditional orders on Realtick including using time as a trigger.

We offer this for futures orders using our free platform, E-Futures Int'l

  6. IB's TWS works nicely for these types of orders. You can even specify pre-market conditions to trigger a MOO order (with stocks), for example.

You can also use IB's algos and specify a start/end time for the order if you want to piece it out.

  7. The new TT platform has time conditional orders. I think they even connect to their new OCO bracket orders.

Thank you very much for all your responses!
Looks like this feature is much more popular that I thought... time to say goodbye to OptionsHouse.

I know your question was based for equities, but those of you who trade futures, you can have a time based OCO in the event your stop is not triggered.

We documented here a step by step for R Trader By Rithmic DOM (Order Book).
This is a stop order with an attached time based OCO.

For your convenience we also attached an image.
    1) Press on the "Bracket and OCO" button
    2) Press the Config button
    3) Name your Bracket ( you can have a number of brackets)
    4) Place your stop ( below you will see that you can place your stop in ticks and specify contracts)
    5) Choose the time you want to convert your stops to market orders.

Submit by clicking "save" and then enabling in by pressing the red button "Disabled" which will enable this bracket.

If you wish to use R Trader by Rithmic, let us know, and we will help.

  10. @MattZ Thanks for the view. Seems like this is a standard feature now.
