Computer won't boot..

  1. Was working fine before... turned it on today and not.

The splash screen comes up, nothing else. No error message, won't respond to keyboard, won't boot from CD. Have changed hard drive.

    Any ideas?

    TIA

You have puter problems , that's almost funny.

Can u get into the bios to make sure it wants to read the proper HD.

Does it need a new MB battery.

What about CPU fan and thermal paste , if they get hot they won't boot.

Has he/she a list of symptoms it's been displaying?

  9. That's what you get for jacking off on your computer. Seriously, it could be memory problems.

Unplug it from the wall and take cover off. Make sure the Memory is seated properly. Maybe that will work.

  10. Can't get to the BIOS

CPU fan is OK... thermal paste not an issue...
