Why do you start confusing ? It is a simple complaint about IB and must be solved as soon as possible.
If you're from Russia, etc. you certainly see the difference in so called "rights". If you were to complain or exercise your rights, Putin may give you the same treatment the president of Yukos oil received. At least here under the so called "imperialist" system, as you called it, you have the right to complain even when you're out of line. Where are you located anyhow? Your web page has no address and no phone number.
It is not a chit chat. We are not introducing ourselves. We have a serious problem which must be solved quickly. And hope to find some answers on this board before acting more serious approach (complaning IB and this case in a multi-national forums with all languages). PROBLEM: *IB accepted funds $5,000 from a new client *Client waiting for a week even received a ready message on May 6. *After a week (or more proper: after receiving funds from a new client) now IB staff "WE DONT KNOW, when will your account is ready to use" with not so gently. They were too gentle before receiving funds. But now non-responsive.
From what I see on this thread, this guy has no legitimate complaint. Probably just here to promote his website.
THERE WAS NO PROMOTION of any site. A serious problem are waiting for solution. Thats it. TO IB staff : Please open your new client user account with one week delay, and please make a public reply about the reason of why do you accept funds before proof of address. And why did you send an e-mail as === Dear IB Customer, Welcome to Interactive Brokers! Now that your account is funded, we would like to make you aware of some of the features and benefits of your IB account. " was sent on the start of the week ?
