Have you called ETG? I did. They quoted me reasonable rates based on volume. I cannot post them here or the mods will freak, but call them.
Everybody has had a unique experience with several different firms.....I would not recommend ETG, but hey, just because I did not have a great experience with them does not mean others have not found the firm to fit them well. Good luck..
