    Please, it's a waste of time, my friend. Ask friends and family to give you money. Or maybe a second job. You need minimum balance of £5k.

    With respect, you live in the UK. Regardless of your education or CV you should be able to earn and put away much more.

    I met an interesting person recently, who left school at 15 and has no professional experience. On paper this guy is unemployable unless taking a punt. But he's driven and over the last couple of years has built up a waste clearance and garden landscaping business. His income is now higher than the UK average. His success is due to his drive and work ethic.

    Fair. Obviously I don't know your circumstances and am definitely not judging.

  7. @JTrades to @wwatson1's defense, the U.K. is so much more expensive than here. Also, they tend to get taxed an extortionate amount (having to support the NHS etc.) even though the services they get taxed for are not used by them.

    Additionally, this 15 year old kid has nothing to lose as he will have a roof over his head. He also does not have other responsibilities, which come along with having a family and everything he makes, he pretty much can save (unless parents are charging him rent, food etc.).

    If @wwatson1 was to perform with as much a drive outside of trading, I'm not sure how much energy he would have remaining for his trading, which as you know requires tons. His trading results would suffer at the expense of accumulating a start-up amount. Really a catch 22 situation

    Please note, I am not trying to knock the 15 yr old here. In fact, I have much respect for kids with such maturity! Good on him. However, I think @wwatson1's situation is a little different.

    * He left school at 15. He must be in his late twenties now, but only recently got his life on track. But you're right about no family responsibilities.

    you sure seemed to have the determination and drive to succeed in trading fulltime. i do not wish to appear prying into your successful trading setups and such.

    do you feel comfortable showing us, much older traders, your trading screens or part of them;
    maybe we could somehow be able to help you to get to your trading goal a little faster and safer
    and with prehaps more pleasures along the way too?

    to assure you i won't steal anything from you, i'll post my trading screen first to assure
    you that i know what i am talking about, K? the screen shot was taken just several minutes ago.

    this is not an invitation for you to join me, neither is it an ads to entice anyone to do or
    not to do anything, concerning trading activities or otherwise, alright?

    just enjoy the ride everyone and thank you for your long suffering as well.
