Companies exiting chapter 11

Where can I find a list of companies coming out of or have come out of chapter 11 bankruptcy?

 

jefferies has a post-retructuring equities report if you can get your hands on it. not sure how old it is though.

 

I would think those companies essentially have to IPO all over again, so you would come across them in a review of upcoming IPOs.
