Please suggest any commodity trading training sources in DC metro area (Northern VA, DC, MD). Want to learn following (related to commodity tradining): a) Relative importance (comparison) of each technical indicators for trade entry/exit decisions. b) Real time trade entry and exit strategies. c) How to use option along with commodity trading and square position. d) How to handle risk (putting stops) in spread trading. e) If you enter (a while ago) in trade, how to handle if FND is encountered? Is broker suppose to roll you in next month automatically when FND is countered? What should be a reasonable amount (and time) one is expect to pay for the above? Thanks in advance.
