I would like to obtain more info about how to break into the commodities trading field.. I was a daytrader before but am not familiar at all with commodities.. is there usually a capital contribution you have to bring to the firm? what are some of the firms located in nyc? is it hard to get a position in the firm or is it based more on if you can bring cap (like daytrading).. how is the current trading environment for commodities? any other info would be much appreciated.. thanks
Hello DollarCents, some online forex brokers provide capital to trade with on a 50/50 profit split. Requirements vary, usually a minimum documented 1 or 2 years trading. Contact fxcm for a start. Wallace.
