One of the prop firms has commission $0.5 per lot flat on Indices. I am not sure what "flat" means. Is it a round turn? Is it one side? Thanks.

usually one side micro. i wouldn’t be surprised a prop firm can do that if they are a member of the exchange. they attract traders to do more trades.
