commission deals that are credit/debit

  1. Quick question for all of you that have a commission structure where you are charged ecn fees for taking liquidity and rebated for adding liquidity.

I am trying to renegotiate my current deal, which is an "all-in" deal. I was told that I should try a credit/debit deal, for a much better rate. The problem is that my trading style is usually taking liquidity.

For those who have this type of deal...how much do your commissions vary from month to month/ day to day? I know everyday is different, but is the avg range of commission change?

    thanks.

  2. If you add 1,000 out of 10,000 shares you should be at the same rate you are now. If you add 2,000/10,000 that much better. You can bring your cost down.
