I recently ran across an appealing distressed commerical estate situation. I am not involved in this space and have very limited knowledge of same-- am seeking someone/firm for potential co/full investment. The estate is quite large, a small portion is open to my associate-- around 20 mm capital is needed, properties are NNN, mostly with AAA rated tenants. thanks for the replies. had no clue so many commercial real estate people were into the markets. as you know, i work with a small niche hedge fund advisory involved in environmental credits, option arb, and other under the radar type, unique and capacity constrained strategies. so this real estate stuff is far from my area of expertise,thanks for the advice and interest. i am learning fast. regards, surf
