Commercial real estate market in major cities continues to sink

That's actually a pretty good thought.
In the right place of course.
I like that lol.

 

But urban condos for millions will lose their value. This reminds me of the one highrise sold for in SF, luxury condos with panoramic view - the building started to sink. Now ad that to the homeless living on the streets of SF, crapping openly, the city has no appeal anymore.
