  1. Chuck,
the new ActiveX for eSignal that will be available with this new release 7.4, how much do you expect for the dee to use it or if it will be free?

Do you have Page concpet in the v7.4, I have seen in the past that this was on the roadmap, but I don't know if you have delayed it or not?

    Thx

It seems that everytime a question about futures options gets asked, no one wants to address the issue.

I'm talking about esignal's option chains for pit-traded commodities like soybeans, crude oil, coffee, etc. Why doesn't the columns for "expiration date", "implied volatility", "gamma", etc, etc, ever show any values?

There are many things that are important for many different people, but it seems like the pit-traded commodity options get left behind in every new release.

Any comments are appreciated. Looks like Futuresource.com still holds the monopoly on getting good data for these types of contracts, albeit at a much higher monthly fee.

  3. BTW,
some revamp are required for commodity but I think that stock option could be also benefit for some kind of upgrade, as to have intraday chart for option, historical data for the strikes, and some others things of this kinds that other users have already mentionned.

    Thx

North Pesos: Yes, the ActiveX will be in 7.4. It will not be free but its price has not been announced.

syd697: On future options, I believe there is not bid / ask price to calculate those. We are looking at alternatives.

North Pesos & syd697: You are both right, we haven't done much work on the options part in a while. That is going to change - we have a new options module being tested in house. It will probably be released with 7.6 if work progresses well.

Are there any plans on implementing the feature first alert has which allows you to combine different stocks as one, say, csco intc, 40% intc 60% csco and have it plotted as a chart preferably as a candle?.....................tia
