Dear Sir/Madam: I am using AT Financial at Assent llc. and since the company is switching to Esignal, I have tried Esignal for about 1 month now and would like to suggest the following (based on my experience and feedbacks from my colleagues). We are NYSE stocks daytrader, so this particularly applies to concerns experienced by us. All these features all availbale from AT Financial. 1. Hot key to minimize all windows (Since with multiple monitors we sometimes need to open other application, it will be handy to be able to minimize all esignal window with one click) 2. Advanced Chart TOS to include net change and running volume (on top of the window, this info will be vry informative) 3. XL Samples fields are missing: Beta, N (Headline News Count) and Average Daily Volume 4. The ability to use mouse (e.g. holding shift key) to switch symbol location in the quote window ANd please work on the following major problems: 5. Have a news window that can be linked to a chart so that a particular stocks news can be readily retrieved 6. Slowness in retrieving stocks' Times and Sales and Charts It would be great if you could incorporate the above adjustment because other features are already there and works fine. Thank you for your kind and prompt attention
I recently tried eSignal@Refco version. Refco recently launched a service for $4RT commision for high volume eMini traders. I have been IB TWS users, but looking at this deal, I start consideing to switch to Refco. I like Refco's reputation and solid financial fundation. I have been a satisfied eSignal users for years, and glat to have found eSignal@Refco is so well-integrated except one thing. In the IntegratedTrading Panel, there is a 'Refresh' button. The user must push this button to view the latest information on account or PL. All of the other information on eSignal is real-time, but only this part is like 'web-browser page'. This is really awkward. I understand this is due to some inner API access, but at least, refreshing autoamatically every second would be adequate. Thank you. Ken the Smooth
