    Bsulli,

There are a few things, some fixes, etc. I think they added a way to change the inputs to the build-in studies. In 8.0 there will be EFS2 which add macro like functions. It will be much easier script especially for non-programmers.

Thank you for the very quick reply. As the 7.5 beta progresses can you update on the fixes, etc. Otherwise I can read that info in the final release notes.

    Have great weekend.

    Bsulli,

Yes, we'll compile a list of fixes as we get ready to release it.

Also soon, we'll be posting a new add on product to eSignal "Options Plus" that we'll make available for free for a period time. We've been working on this for over a year and are very excited about this product.

FYI, we have released the first beta of eSignal 7.5. More information about the beta can be found here.

Please note all support for eSignal beta software is handled only through our eSignal 7 Series Beta forum.

    Thanks!

Are there any plans to enhance the alert capabilities? IMO the alerts are sorta archaic. There are a couple things I have an issue with.

    1) can only asssociate a single sound with any particular symbol. It would be nice to have one sound for the high and a different one for the lo. Right now I have to use generic sounds because I have no idea if it's a stop or a target that's being hit. Actually it would be nice if we could set multiple alerts for any one symbol to trigger alerts for more than one target/partial.

2)When an alert triggers it does not bring up a window for the symbol that triggers. Instead it brings up the entire alert list. Makes it very difficult to even tell which alert went off when you have several. Also if you gave us a specific alert for the symbol it would be easy to recognize and read any comments that we have for our own instructions on why we triggered the alert at that particular point.

    Thanks..

btw.. I've reported this thru your customer service for quite some time now but have no idea if that even goes anywhere.

  8. Hi,
I submitted this as a suggestion to esignal but I'll also post it here. It would be a useful for the Point and Figure advanced charts to have an option of being constructed using the Hi/Lo method for determining data points (rather than close, (H-L)/2, open etc..).

This would allow the extremes of each turn to have the same prices as corresponding points on the bar charts.

As description of the Hi Lo method is here:

  10. Can you comment on any plans to directly automate trades to IB without going through third party software? Thanks.
