LOL, yesterday he made 70 posts in the P&R section with with almost no one else online, pretty clear case of Trump derangement syndrome.

Trump won't be indicted for anything as long as he is the President. The remedy for a crime committed by the President is to both impeach and convict him of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors defined however the Congress shall. Once he has been removed from office, or his term expires, he could be indicted the same as any other citizen, including for alleged crimes he has committed while in office. Impeachment and trial in the Senate is a political exercise to determine whether a sitting President shall be removed from office thus subjecting him to the same statutory laws you and I are subject to.

It is not illegal to lie except when under oath. Virtually all Presidents have lied. And we are not talking about simple misunderstandings or one's accidentally getting their facts wrong or being misinformed. We are talking about actual lies when the truth is known to the teller of the lie. Lies which impugn the integrity of others, lies which put our nation at risk, lies which cost the lives of others, lies of the worst kind.

You can lie with impunity except when you legally attest that you are telling the truth. Congress has the power to remove a President from office for any reason they choose, including a pattern of regular and more or less continual lying. But rest assured, they will not do that. Pity.

  6. This investigation will segue very nicely into Trump getting a long-awaited and much needed financial colonoscopy. That Trump brought it on himself with his proprietary combination of ignorance and hubris is the cherry on top.

The first line of the article debunks the whole point of the article. I didn't have to have to read the rest.

Its not an 'investigation'. It is a 'matter'.

  9. This is no longer pre-election. You can ease up on the Hatch Act now.

  10. There are two types of investigations. The ones that start with enough evidence to start an investigation, and the other ones, where investigations are started to look for evidence. The second type are referred to as witch-hunts.
