I believe you did. Funny coming from a guy who is a 4 lot max trader in the russell..... sorry to see you are getting slaughtered today..... keep on buyin em.... back to work now......
The funny thing is this site is really nothing more than a source of entertainment for most. What they should do is charge a monthly fee...that would keep all the idiots like yourself off of here and make this place a real forumn for traders to talk to... Hopefully ET will realize that this place is nothing more than a circus for clowns to post on...
<i>"They're giving away money in the markets for anybody with the balls to dip buy on margin overnight. I'm sorry if you can't take the heat"</i> <b>makloda</b>, using your logic, how much did you buy before the closing bell last night, Wed 1/24? Yes, 10-lots are small trades, but we are in this sideways rolling market (ER inside 30pt range since Nov 18th) without trend. There is a place for buying and for selling in this sideways roll... every day is one or the other, it seems. Maybe you hit 'em really hard & heavy with that big IB account of yours? I'd like to think you're not just spewing outlandish rhetoric that some newbie traders will actually take seriously and heed. <i>"I seriously doubt than anyone bullishly trading the NDX or COMP everyday for the past 6 days has had a positive overall result." If you did, I challenge you to come clean and to list the entry and exit prices of those trades during the past 6 trading sessions." (don't reveal your methodology, just the trades)"</i> Jeff is still waiting for his answer. Anyone gonna show him how good y'all done with dip-buy advice?
The typical bull market lasts 3-4 years. The typical bear market lasts 6-9 months. Why the bears get pissed off at the bulls when they already know they will only be correct 17% of the time is totally beyond me.
I am with you EPrado. ET is pretty much worthless, as far as trading is concerned. The ONLY value left is the entertainment. Too much "trolling" around. Many blogs are like this, now. After an initial good start some jokers come around and spoil the content and the original scope of the site. ET is in this category now.
Every day in a bull market is not upward. Some of the biggest one-day ranges in a bear market are bear-market rallies. Some of the biggest one-day ranges in bull markets are corrections. Downside had nil risk today. We'll see what tomorrow may bring
