Anyone see any news on Colombia today about government instability (more than the usual) or expropriation of foreign assets. The stock in question is Pacific Rubiales on the TSX which is down heavily today on no news. The company has substantial operations in Colombia. It's been a good performer as of late so this seems unusual. Thanks in advance.
