    COIL (IPE) and QM(NYMEX) do they have margin offsets ?

    I am 99% sure that there is no offset with IB

    What is the value of the spread leveraged to? Domestic consumption, shipping rates, storage?

    not sure yet. since there is no offset. it wouldn't be worthwhile.
    how about nk250 and topix (both using japanese exchanges) is there a margin offset ?
