Interesting. Do you use a paper or metal filter? I ask because a paper filter can capture, and thereby reduce, the LDL-increasing diterpenes in the coffee.
Paper filters. I also had a V60 and used a metal filter with it, but I didn’t like it. Did you know that the inventor of the AeroPress is the same person who invented the Frisbee?
