  2. Interesting. Do you use a paper or metal filter? I ask because a paper filter can capture, and thereby reduce, the LDL-increasing diterpenes in the coffee.

    Paper filters. I also had a V60 and used a metal filter with it, but I didn’t like it.
    Did you know that the inventor of the AeroPress is the same person who invented the Frisbee?

    I don’t pour the water exactly the same way, but it’s close enough.

    Improved cognition probably no, reduced Alzheimer's risk probably yes.

    A 28% reduction in risk means if you used to have a 100% chance, now you have a 72% chance, it is likely you will still get it.

    Hopefully at an older age.
