I have a disease that makes me very fatigued, so I drink about 24 cups of coffee a day for 3 weeks then take few days off from it, sleeping most of it, then resume. But I don't drink fancy sugary lattes. Been at it so long, doesn't affect my abilities, don't get shakes if I don't drink it, just get sleepy.

Thank you. But it is like 6 of one and half dozen of another. I don't want to sleep 20 hours a day only to fall asleep 30 minutes after I get up. I have tried CPAP for several years and that seemed to make me even more fatigued. I deal with it best I can. Coffee one of those products ever few years physicians change their mind.
