well i bought 6000 at 52.95 on arca at 11:54 right before the open at 11:55 and I sold those at 55. Now if that trade gets broken, I will be very upset. cause i'd be short 6000. as it is i lost over $1500 just covering my original 3000 shares that i had sold at 54.75 and had to buy back at 55.4
Everyone go to your office compliance manager. Tell them to get off their ass and contact Nasdaq. Basically, all of the guys who were long into the halt and sold...are now short. Is that correct?
If this is true, it is better to stay away from such "opportunities", right? Or this is still not so ?
