Presumably because if it was an order entry error, it will return to the pre-error price around 58. Probably higher if someone has to cover millions of shares. I am long btw

FINALLy, IB allows arca trades. bought 6000 more at just below 53

 

Guys, this thing is free money on ARCA. Just make markets on 500-1000 shares, you can peel of 30-40 cent profits no problem,
