Right, he doesn't give the longitute so you don't know where east/west it is. But I bet you it is North America, or about 90 degrees east. In any event, the northern hemisphere is massively responsible for CO2 emissions, which is no surprise. The reason I posted this is so that people can see a small part of how the science is being done. nitro
