You are trying to view it from the lefty point of view which says that authority is not credible unless you believe and feel that it is. You know, for example, your ilk believes that Trump is not credibly the President. That's fine. It matters somewhere, on some planet.

CNN has no real case here, definitely nothing unconstitutional. Whitehouse didn't follow the procedure for revoking a press pass, woopty doo.

 

Equal protection under the law would bar Trump from exercising this guideline.

 

If Trump goes over and visits CNN then they can feel free to chuck him out.

CNN better remember that they are in Trump's house.
