Not so sure there wasn’t a sustainable charge. there seems to be some conflict there between Mueller and Barr on that and the OLC guidance. We will see what Mueller has to say when he testifies before congress. As to Barr, he has not done Trump any favors other than being a stooge, his letter and press conference just added to the corruption persona that is Trump. You will just find more things to whine about but it will not change the fact that Mueller is not going to bag Trump on either a criminal or an impeachment charge.
