  1. OK, let's play. IN the FY2010 budget there are mandatory and discretionary expenditures (govt speak, not mine) of $1.86 trillion and $1.19 trillion respectively and an additional expenditure of $0.195 trillion in debt service for a total of $3.24 trillion.
