Yep, if you know your garage is locked, which it was, that means whoever is in there is an intruder, with the intent to cause you or your property harm, the kid was infact there to rob him, therefore his assumption that the kid was there to cause him harm was accurate, and justified, in what other scenario would someone accidentally end up in your locked garage?
and you should stop saying it because it's nonsense. You are the type of person who deserves to have his home broken into. what would you do ricter?
He would use his wife or child (assuming hes not impotent) as a shield while he screams like a little girl. Either that or he would say something so insanely idiotic that the person just up and leaves because they can not handle the stupidity anymore, he seems to be well practiced at that move.
I have valuables in my garage (it's actually a large quonset, with tools, heavy equipment, and a small airplane), and I have guns in the house. If I heard someone (not expected) out there I would call the police. And probably keep a firearm within reach. I'm not going to kill someone over a socket wrench set.
ha ha, he'll never answer the question because there are only two things to do. 1) what this guy did. 2) call the cops and hide until they get there. the best part of all this is the ASSumption that the intruder in your home is not a threat. I mean you gotta be pretty damn stupid to think that. edit: wow u answered a question ricter! the thing is you might not have a choice tough guy. It's impossible to know the intentions of whoever just broke into your home. You can't know if they are there for your wrench set or are rapist murderers.
No shame in the media whatsoever. A guy breaks into someone's house with intent to steal and is shot for it. Sure, it's a tragedy because the guy was just "fooling around". Tough shit. Lesson: Don't break into people's homes to steal stuff and you don't have to worry about being shot.
