I don't know whether the markets will take what President Trump says about the Japanese agricultural purchases seriously. He is like a salesman who use superlatives and like to paint unrealistic optimistic picture to bolster his case. It may work on gullible people for his past businesses but it's not going to work on the financial markets. Mr Market is too smart for that.
