CNBC is getting close to 'Party Hat' euphoria stage. There is an analyst who has actually tracked this and found a nearly perfect correlation with CNBC euphoria and bullish sentiment (something like where 70%+ of analysts on their network are long) and extreme corrections. Has anyone seen this or do you know the name of this guy? I've searched and can't find it. Thanks.
